With a 23-year track record of successful remote work performance and global operational reliability across California, Belize, and Mexico, I bring an immediate, fully optimized remote operational capability. I am not retiring—I am pivoting. My time at eSkillz was instrumental in its early growth. Hired as one of the first employees at this rapidly growing startup, my initial role quickly expanded. I was promoted to Live Support Manager after serving as an on-call Live Support Instructor for eSkillz's core competency. This expanded my responsibilities from the web-based Live Chat team to mentoring and managing a global team of 34 instructors. eSkillz supports LMS systems for a variety of clients, including government security. I also contributed to my professional portfolio by being part of the IT department, where I provided technical support and collaborated closely with internal and external client security and software issues, all while adapting to the demands of remote work.

While I was working for Burlington Air Express, which later changed its name to BAX Global, I transformed what began as a temporary position into a long-term role as an ILT trainer and Training Department Administrator for this global company. During my time there, I developed a professional portfolio that showcased my skills, and I was certified in San Francisco through the Train-the-Trainer series as a viable Stand-Up Instructor. 

My time as a temporary worker was a crucial phase of professional development. It provided me with an invaluable opportunity to gain hands-on experience and learn the inner workings of multiple industries, including the Law, Health, Corporate, and Food Service sectors. I was constantly working, which solidified my reputation as an adaptable and highly motivated 'go-getter.' This era of intense competition for assignments parallels the current job market, where actively posting on multiple job boards is essential to stand out. Additionally, crafting a strong cover letter and maintaining a professional portfolio can enhance visibility in today's landscape of remote work, shaped by the rise of the internet, computers, and AI.
